30 Minute Distance Reiki Session for Energy Channeling and Metaphysical or Spiritual Healing - Chakra Balancing and Cleansing

As an experienced Reiki and pagan practitioner, I have over 30 years of experience in distance reiki for spiritual healing, as well as for chakra balancing, clearing unwanted negative energy, and releasing any blockages for the optimal flow of chi through the body and spirit.

Reiki is an alternative Japanese energy healing technique. Reiki practitioners use a process called energy reading and transfer. A universal energy life force energy is transferred through the practitioner's palms to the client to encourage healing on an emotional, spiritual, and physical level. This energy can be transmitted in person or at a distance, as energy is limitless and knows no boundaries.

After you purchase your session, within 24 hours, I will send you a message through Etsy messages to schedule a time for your reiki session that works for both of us. Before the scheduled time, I will send another Etsy message to remind you of our session to prepare for your 30-minute long session.

Before your session begins, if possible, find a quiet space without interruptions such as phone calls or family members. It's ideal to have a quiet relaxing area to receive reiki. Dim the lighting, light candles or incense if you like to create a sacred space (smudging also works well if you have smudge sticks available), and find a relaxing position either sitting comfortably or laying down. You do not need to be near the computer during your session. You do not have to be awake for the session to work, although it does help to be awake in a calm state to focus on areas of your body you would like me to focus the energy on.

During the 30-minute session, I will focus on first reading your energy and aura and seeing if any negative energy or blockages exist in any area to remove them. I will also do an "all over" energy transfer to balance chakras one at a time and increase overall energy and spiritual balance. You may feel a tingling sensation or feeling of warmth and deep peace while the reiki is being performed.

After your session, I will send you a final message to let you know I successfully performed your reiki and any blockages I found.
