Delayed Processing Due To The Holidays

Delayed Processing Due To The Holidays

Dear Magickal Patrons,

We would like to inform you that we are currently experiencing processing delays due to an unprecedented volume of orders received in the past two to three weeks. Our team is working tirelessly to fulfill the orders while ensuring the safety and well-being of our staff. We have been receiving up to 15 orders per day or more on some days with only two staff members available to handle all the orders. Moreover, one of our staff members, Micah, has been out of commission due to a herniated disk in his back, which has further impacted our capacity to fulfill orders.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay in processing and shipping orders. We are currently caught up to the beginning of November and will be focusing on fulfilling orders placed during the first week of November this week. If you require expedited delivery because your order is a gift, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We have also faced delays in receiving supplies such as cards and dried flowers for our notecards, which has caused us to ship certain orders without our signature notecards. Despite this, we remain committed to ensuring that our customers receive their orders as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this challenging period, and we are working day and night to ship orders as quickly as we can.

We understand that our customers are used to a much quicker turnaround time for their orders, and we regret any inconvenience caused by the delay in our processing and shipping. We have packaged and shipped 20 orders this weekend alone and are continuing to work on orders from our website and Etsy shop. If you are planning to order for the Yule holidays, we recommend placing your order before December 1st to ensure that it arrives on time.

Thank you for your continued patronage. We value your business and appreciate your support. We hope that you and your loved ones are staying safe and healthy as we approach the holiday season.

Many Blessings,
Lexi & Micah
